Form information. When you request a savings analysis we collect your name, title, email address, phone number, organization name and type, plan funding, covered members, state, broker or consultant name, categories of interest and any notes you provide. We use it to respond to your request.
Usage data. We may collect standard web analytics data, including pages visited, browser type, device type and referring URL. This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site.
Cookies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the Site.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your savings analysis request, follow up about ScriptDirect, send communications you request, and improve our services and the Site. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
4. Medical information
This Site is a marketing and information site for employers, union and Taft-Hartley funds, public entities and other plan sponsors. It does not collect patient health information or protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Patient-facing clinical services delivered through ScriptDirect's telehealth platform are governed by separate privacy notices and comply with HIPAA and applicable state law.
5. Data security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information you submit. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Netlify, which also processes form submissions. We may use Google Analytics or similar services for aggregate analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you submitted by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
